Catella slutför köp av aktier i IPM

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) – Catella har fått godkännande av den svenska finansinspektionen att förvärva aktier i IPM i enlighet med den överenskommelse som nåddes i januari 2014. Catellas ägande i IPM uppgår nu till cirka 51% och IPM blir därmed ett dotterbolag till Catella.

Catellas ägande i IPM uppgick tidigare till 25%. Den 27 januari 2014 annonserades att Catella ingått ett avtal om förvärv av ytterligare aktier till ett föreslaget värde om 25,7 miljoner SEK samt en potentiell tilläggsbetalning baserat på IPMs framtida utveckling. När nu ägandet godkänts uppgår Catellas direkta och indirekta ägande av IPM till cirka 51%.
