Brummer Carve 2 öppnar för nyteckning

Stockholm (HedgeNordic.com) – Carve Capital startade i november 2012 förvaltningen av fonderna Carve 1 och Carve 2 under Brummer & Partners. Efter ett stort intresse från investerare beslutade man sig efter det tredje kvartalet 2013 att stänga fonden för nyteckning för att kunna konsolidera verksamheten. Nu har man beslutat att återigen öppna fonden Carve 2 för nyteckning per halvårsskiftet. Fonden öppnar för ytterligare en miljard kronor i investerat kapital. Efter det första kvartalet 2014 var fondernas förvaltade kapital drygt 7 miljarder kronor.

Sedan fondstart den 12 november 2012 har Carve 1 och Carve 2 avkastat ca. 19 procent (enligt estimat från Brummer per den 30 april). För att teckna sig i Carve 2 till kommande halvårsskifte behöver en teckningsanmälan göras senast den 23 juni 2014.
