OE Capital rekryterar Mikael Arnborger

Oscarsson & Engman Capital AB (OE Capital) expanderar och har anställt Mikael Arnborger. Mikael kommer närmast från JRS Securities AB. Under en rad år har Mikael arbetat med institutionella kunder med fokus på hedgefonder såväl i Sverige som internationellt. Tidigare arbetsgivare innefattar HQ Bank, Julius Baer Nordic samt Erik Penser Bank.

OE Capital är ett oberoende auktoriserat värdepappersbolag, med säte i Stockholm, specialiserat på rådgivning och kapitalanskaffning inom alternativa investeringar.

Bolaget ägs av dess grundare Magnus Oscarsson och Tom Engman samt indirekt av Henrik, Georg och Carl Gustaf Ehrnrooth genom Fennogens Investments S.A.

OE Capital erhöll 2010-05-04 tillstånd av Finansinspektionen att bedriva värdepappersrörelse enligt Lag (2007:528) om värdepappersmarknaden.
