STOCKHOLM (Direkt) New Yorks borgmästare Michael Bloomberg tänker rösta på Barack Obama i presidentvalet den 6 november. Det gör han klart i en opinionsartikel publicerad på torsdagskvällen av Bloomberg News, den nyhetsbyrå han har grundat och är majoritetsägare av.

I artikeln, publicerad samma vecka som stormen Sandy orsakade förödelse i New York, fäster Michael Bloomberg vikt vid klimatfrågan, som han tror att Barack Obama är mer lämpad än republikanernas presidentkandidat Mitt Romney att hantera. Mitt Romney, skriver Michael Bloomberg, har övergett det utsläppsrättighetsprogram som han drev igenom under sin tid som guvernör i Massachusetts.
