STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den upphaussade börsintroduktionen av Facebook blev en rejäl flopp. Efter måndagens kursfall på 11 procent letar nu investerare syndabockarför den tillsynes felprissatta aktien. Facebooks girighet och Nasdaq Stock Market pekas ut som föremål för kritiken.

Men den som står mitt i skärselden just nu är huvudgaranten för
börsintroduktionen, Morgan Stanley. I samråd med företrädare för Facebook bestämde banken, trots invändningar från andra garanter, att i sista stund öka både storleken och priset inför börsintroduktionen, som ägde rum den 18 maj.

Det uppger personer med insyn i ärendet som inte vill bli identifierade eftersom processen ägde rum bakom stängda dörrar.

Dagarna före introduktionen ökade Facebook antalet utestående aktier med 25 procent till 421 miljoner aktier. Prisintervallet för var aktien skulle börja handlas höjdes samtidigt till 34-38 dollar, från tidigare 28-35 dollar.
