Skanska nära sin första fastighetsförsäljning i USA

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Skanska är på väg att genomföra sin första
fastighetsförsäljning i USA.

Källor till Washington Business Journal säger att Skanska har sålt fastigheten 733 10th Street NW i Washington DC till Jamestown Properties för 140 miljoner dollar, eller 950 miljoner kronor, vilket motsvarar 818 dollar per kvadratfot.

Skanska-representanter bekräftar dock inte affären för tidningen, utan säger att fastigheten inte är såld och att de inte kommenterar pågående affärer.

Enligt artikeln har Skanska investerat omkring 85 miljoner dollar i fastigheten.
