Pareto Öhman: Säljer cross asset sales till E. Öhman J:or

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Pareto Öhman renodlar sin verksamhet och avyttrar affärsområdet Cross Asset Sales till E. Öhman J:or Capital AB, ett bolag inom Öhmankoncernen.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Cross Asset Sales, som etablerades under 2011, har bland annat emitterat warranter och certifikat, arrangerat och sålt strukturerade produkter samt agerat market maker i derivatinstrument. Avyttringen är en del av överenskommelsen som träffades mellan Pareto Securities och Öhman i samband med Pareto Securities förvärv av Pareto Öhman i september 2011.

Pareto Öhmans verksamhet är efter avyttringen inriktad mot kapitalanskaffningar, både inom skuld och eget kapital. Pareto Öhman kommer även fortsättningsvis att erbjuda investeringstjänster, analys och handel med räntebärande instrument, aktieanalys och aktiemäkleri samt rådgivning inom corporate finance.
