Catella: Besvikelse försäljning Banque Invik klar

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Ett stort antal avslutade fastighetsprojekt inom Catella Corporate Finance under fjärde kvartalet bidrog starkt till koncernens resultat. Samtidigt har Kapitalförvaltning ökat förvaltningsvolymerna, främst i de tyska fastighetsfonderna, vilket också bidrog positivt.

Det skriver vd Johan Ericsson i bokslutet.

“Totalt sett har Kapitalförvaltningen dock inte nått sina resultatmål. Detta beror främst på minskande arvoden inom den svenska fondrörelsen, som en effekt av det allmänna börsklimatet”, skriver Johan Ericsson.

Vidare uppger han att Catellas resultat, liksom i tidigare kvartal 2011,
belastats med etableringskostnader för nysatsningar.

Att Catella inte genomfört försäljningen av Banque Invik inom ramen för ursprunglig tidplan anges som en besvikelse.

“Fördröjningen beror dels på omvärldsfaktorer och dels på de myndighetsprocesser som är tillämpliga vid överlåtelse av en bank. Försäljningsarbetet fortgår med oförändrad målsättning och förhandlingar förs med flera parter”, skriver Johan Ericsson vidare.
