KINA: STATSFONDEN CIC KAN GE INDIREKT STÖD TILL EUROPA

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Kinas statliga investeringsfond, China Investment Corp (CIC), kan komma att stödja Europa med investeringar, men fonden kommer inte var Kinas viktigaste kanal för eventuellt Europastöd.

Det sade CIC-chefen Jesse Wang pl torsdagen, enligt Bloomberg News.

Han sade att om den kinesiska regeringen deltar i ansträngningarna för att
motverka den europeiska skuldkrisen sl kan CIC delta indirekt.

“Om det i en sldan process finns goda investeringsmöjligheter i Europa, och om CIC:s investeringar hjälper destinationsföretaget eller landet att lterhämta och utveckla ekonomin, dl skulle det vara ett indirekt stöd till Europa”, sade Jesse Wang.

CIC hade 409,6 miljarder dollar under förvaltning i slutet av 2010.
