Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – Global Investor/ISF är värd för sitt andra Nordic Securities Finance Masterclass, onsdagen den 7 september 2011 på Hilton Slussen, Stockholm.

Deltagarna kommer att hälsas välkomna av Will Browne, Associate Publisher, Global Investor / ISF, följt av öppningsanförande av ordförande Jan Bernhard Waage, VD, Wassum Investment Consulting. Dagen avslutas med coctails och mingel.

Eventet kommer att fokusera på de viktigaste frågorna att bidra till utvecklingen av de värdepapper som finansmarknaden i regionen, bland annat:

  • ·        Utlåningen i Norden: Onshore jämfört med Offshore
  • ·        Det regulatoriska landskapet: Basel III, UCITS IV, Solvens II
  • ·        Skattefrågor
  • ·        Värdepapperslån i Norden
  • ·        Hedgefonddebatt
  • ·        Hantering och finansiering av säkerheter vid värdepapperslån

Talare vid paneldebatterna är bland annat Dag Rudiløkken, Securities Finance, DnB NOR Bank ASA, Joakim Håkansson, chef för Equity Finance, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, Mark Rent, Head of Securities Lending Sales – EMEA, Worldwide Securities Services, JP Morgan, samt Jakob Burell, chef för Equity Finance, SEB Enskilda Equities.
