STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Riskkapitalbolaget IK Investment Partners säljer det belgiska kross- och finfördelningsföretaget Magotteaux till det chilenska gruvutrustnings- och byggföretaget Sigdo Koppers för 550 miljoner euro.

Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.

Förvärvet är föremål för sedvanliga villkor, inklusive konkurrensgodkännande.
