BOJ: OFÖRÄNDRAD STYRRÄNTA EFTER POLICYMÖTE

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den japanska centralbanken, Bank of Japan, behåller
dagslåneräntan på ett intervall på 0,00 till 0,10 procent.

Det beslutade bankens styrelse vid sitt policymöte på torsdagen, skriver
Bloomberg News. Beslutet var enhälligt.

Bank of Japan ändrade senast sin styrränta den 5 oktober 2010, då den sänktes
från 0,10 procent till ett intervall på 0,00 till 0,10 procent.

BOJ ökar också kreditfaciliteten för företag med 5.000 milarder yen till 35.000
miljarder yen, fonden för tillgångsköp ökas med 5.000 miljarder yen till 15.000
miljarder yen.

Banken skriver att den japanska ekonomin återhämtar sig stadigt men att man ser
stora orostecken. Fluktuationer på valutamarknaden kan försämra återhämtningen
och man är fast besluten att stödja ekonomin genom penningpolitiska steg.
