FASTIGHETER: TRANSAKTIONSVOLYM SVERIGE 29 MDR KR 2 KV

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Den totala transaktionsvolymen på den svenska fastighetsmarknaden uppgick till 29 miljarder kronor under det andra kvartalet 2011, enligt fastighetskonsulten Jones Lang Lasalles bedömning på måndagen.

Det motsvarar en ökning med 36 procent jämfört med föregående kvartal och 4 procent jämfört med samma period 2010, då transaktionsvolymen var 28 miljarderkronor.

En fortsatt stark efterfrågan på kommersiella fastigheter av hög kvalitet, från såväl svenskt som utländskt kapital, borgar för en relativt hög aktivitetsnivå även kommande kvartal:

“Den pågående skuldkrisen i EMU-området och Grekland har gett Sverige komparativa fördelar, och med mycket starka underliggande ekonomiska fundamenta anses Sverige därför vara en av Europas allra attraktivaste investeringsmarknader, skriver fastighetskonsulten.
