ECB: HÖJER STYRRÄNTAN TILL 1,50% (1,25)

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Europeiska centralbankens råd beslutade på torsdagen att höja styrräntan, refiräntan, med 25 punkter till 1,50 procent.

Det meddelade ECB vid en telefonkonferens.

I Bloomberg News enkät bland 55 tillfrågade analytiker trodde samtliga att räntan skulle höjas med 25 punkter till 1,50 procent.

Refinansieringsräntan ändrades senast den 7 april 2011, då den höjdes med 25 punkter till 1,25 procent.

Samtidigt ändrar ECB sin räntekorridor. Depositräntan höjs till 0,75 procent (0,50), medan utlåningsräntan höjs till 2,25 procent (2,00)
