SOROS FUND MGMT SÅLDE 99% INNEHAV I SPDR GOLD TRUST 1KV

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Soros Fund Management sålde 99 procent av sitt innehav i SPDR Gold Trust och samtliga 5 miljoner aktier i iShares Gold Trust under första kvartalet 2011.

Det framgår av uppgifter som lämnats in till den amerikanska finansinspektionen på tisdagen, rapporterar Bloomberg News.

George Soros, född i en judisk familj som György Schwartz 12 augusti 1930 i Budapest, Ungern, är en amerikansk ekonom, valutaspekulatör, finansman och politisk filosof för blandekonomi. Soros är känd antikommunist men har också hårt kritiserat USA:s dåvarande president George W. Bush.

George Soros gjorde under klimatmötet i Köpenhamn 10 december 2009 ett oväntat utspel och erbjöd U-länder en fond på drygt 100 miljarder dollar för att hjälpa dem att minska utsläpp. (wikipedia)
