Aktiespararna anser att ICG:s bud på Entraction är rimligt. Aktiespararna rekommenderar därför sina medlemmar att acceptera budet.

Amerikanska IGC (International Game Technology) erbjuder aktieägarna i Entraction Holding 67,56 kronor kontant för varje aktie i Entraction. Budet innebär en premie på cirka 58 procent. Sista acceptdag är den 7 juni.

Styrelsen i Entraction rekommenderar enhälligt budet.
