Niam säljer nio fastigheter i Finland

Niam Nordic Investment Fund III har tillsammans med Whitehall Street Real Estate Funds sålt nio kontorsfastigheter belägna i medelstora städer runt om i Finland till Sveafastigheter Fund III och HGR Property Partners. Köpeskillingen uppgick till cirka €60 miljoner.

Niam är ett av norra Europas ledande private-equity företag inom fastigheter och erbjuder finansiella investerare möjlighet att investera på de Nordiska och Baltiska marknaderna genom sina fonder. Sedan företaget grundades 1998 har Niam, genom egna fonder eller på uppdrag av finansiella partners, investerat i fastigheter till ett totalt värde överstigande €5 miljarder och genererat en gross leveraged IRR om 31%. Niam har kontor i Stockholm, Helsingfors, Oslo och Köpenhamn, ett investeringsteam med 35 dedikerade anställda och ett erkänt senior management med över 20 års erfarenhet från fastighetsutveckling och direkta fastighetsinvesteringar.
