“Henrik has long experience and in-depth knowledge of our business,” Patrik Brummer, the founder and chairman of Brummer & Partners, comments on the appointment of Henrik Paulsson as the group’s CEO. “He will be able to step into the role quickly and is well acquainted with the task,” he adds. “We thank Ola for his great contributions over the last 18 years at Brummer & Partners, both as CEO and before that at other positions within the group,” Brummer comments on the departure of Ola Paulsson.

“Henrik has long experience and in-depth knowledge of our business. He will be able to step into the role quickly and is well acquainted with the task.”

“I’m happy for the vote of confidence and will meet the assignment with humility,” Henrik Paulsson comments on his appointment as the CEO of Brummer & Partners. Henrik Paulsson has been the CEO of Brummer & Partners’ B & P Fund Services for more than ten years. This wholly-owned subsidiary provides infrastructure and administrative services to the fund managers under the umbrella of Brummer & Partners. “I’m happy for the vote of confidence and will meet the assignment with humility.”

The management of Brummer & Partners has been further strengthened with the addition of Johanna Ahlgren as Executive Director and General Counsel.
