Standard & Poor’s höjer Greklands långsiktiga kreditbetyg till B-

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Kreditvärderingsinstitutet Standard & Poor’s höjer Greklands långsiktiga kreditbetyg till B- och det kortsiktiga kreditbetyget till B, båda från tidigare SD (Selective Default). Utsikterna är stabila.

Det rapporterar Bloomberg News.

Det uppgraderade kreditbetyget kommer efter att Grekland fått tillräckligt med bud i sitt återköpsprogram för att nå det mål som krävdes för att frigöra nästa utbetalning av stödlån från EU och IMF.

Det höjda kreditbetyget återspeglar även euroländernas beslutsamhet i att Grekland fortsatt ska vara en del av eurosamarbetet.
