STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Kinas inflation i februari kan hamna på 2,5 procent och för helåret 2012 kring 3 procent. Inflationsmålet på 4 procent för 2012 är “konservativt” och möjligt att nå.

Det sade Li Daokui, rådgivare åt den kinesiska centralbanken, i samband med den pågående folkkongressen på tisdagen, enligt Bloomberg News.

Han sade att yuanen är nära sin jämviktsnivå och att handelsbandet mellan yuanen och dollarn bör vidgas till 0,7 eller 0,75 procent, från dagens 0,5 procent.

Kina bör röra sig mot marknadsbestämda räntor, sade han också.

Enligt rådgivaren bör Kina införa en fastighetsskatt och bygga mer offentliga bostäder. Just nu är det inte rätt tid att lätta på åtstramningarna på fastighetsmarknaden.

Li Daokui sade vidare att Kinas handelsöverskott 2012 kan komma att fall under 100 miljarder dollar och att exportutsikterna inte ser ljusa ut. Importen bör dock hålla uppe konsumtionen, sade han.

Enligt rådgivaren innebär Kinas nya tillväxtmål på 7,5 procent en tydlig signal till de lokala regeringarna om att de ska sätta uthållig tillväxt och kvalitetstillväxt först. Han tillade att den faktiska tillväxten kan komma att överstiga 8 procent i år.
