Glitnir görmiljardaffär bostäder södra Sverige

STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Glitnir Bank Luxembourg har i en transaktion omfattande 2,3 miljarder kronor i lån och eget kapital köpt Bovista Invest från det konkursdrabbade danska bolaget Centerplan Nordic. Därigenom blir Glitnir ägare till en fastighetsportfölj innehållande 370.000 kvadratmeter i huvudsak svenska bostadsfastigheter i södra Sverige.
