Nettoflöden till Hedgefonder steg under february

This year’s Alternative Fixed Income report from HedgeNordic explores how institutional investors and asset managers are navigating this new reality, balancing yield and resilience amid shifting credit cycles, structural change, and evolving sources of return.

Stockholm (HedgeFonder.nu) – GlobeOp Capital Movement index publiceras den åttonde bankdagen varje månad och ger en korrekt och tidsenlig bild av investeringar i hedgefonder som görs på GlobeOps administrativa plattform. Data baseras på oberoende beräkningar av värdet på insättningar respektive uttag, vilka rensas för värdeförändringar på kapitalet. Data rapporteras inom enbart ett par bankdagar. Under den månaden som följer efter publiceringen av indexet kan indexet komma att uppdateras för kapitalflöden som skedde efter den femte bankdagen, vilket är den dag då indexets data sammanställs. GlobeOp Capital Movement Index återspeglar de månatliga nettoflödena av insättningar och uttag ur hedgefonder som administreras av GlobeOp. Den månatliga nettosiffran divideras med totalt AuA (assets under administration) för GlobeOps administrativa kunder.

Den ackumulerade siffran för indexet står i februari 2012 på 142,6, en ökning med 2,25 punkter sedan januari 2012. Indexet har stigit med 13,48 punkter de senaste 12 månaderna. Nästa publiceringsdatum är 12e mars 2012. ”Nettoflödena var positiva med rekordlåga utflöden” säger Hans Hufschmid, CEO på GlobeOp Financial Services, till Hedgeweek.
GlobeOp är listat på London Stock Exchange, har mer än 2000 anställda, administrerar 1775 fonder med ett totalt AUM på 173 miljarder USD.
