STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Björn Savén meddelar att han på egen begäran lämnar styrelsen i Nordea, där han är ledamot.

Beslutet grundar sig på att han ska fokusera på sina uppgifter på IK Investment Partners, med anledning av Skatteverkets granskning av riskkapitalbranschen.

Frågan om ersättare till Nordeas styrelse kommer att behandlas av valberedningen inför årsstämman 2012, meddelar Nordea.
