STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Ett betydande antal banker kommer sannolikt inte att klara de breda stresstester som samordnas av den europeiska banktillsynsmyndigheten, EBA, och de banker som inte klarar testen kommer att ombedas att ta in nytt kapital.

Det skriver Reuters och hänvisar till anonyma källor.

Enligt uppgifterna krävs en kärnprimärkapitalrelation på minst 7 procent i stresstestet, men det är oklart om definitionen av kapitalet kommer att vara enligt Basel III eller den tidigare versionen, det så kallade Basel IIœ.
