STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Investmentbolaget Berkshire Hathaway aviserade på måndagen ett aktieåterköpsprogram.

Återköpet ska ske till en premie om högst 10 procent av Berkshire Hathaway-aktiens bokförda värde vid tidpunkten för styrelsens uppdrag till bolagsledningen, enligt ett meddelande från bolaget. Återköpet motiveras med att Berkshire Hathaway-aktien är undervärderad.

Enligt Bloomberg hade Berkshire Hathaway en kassa på 47,9 miljarder dollar den 30 juni.

Aktieåterköpsprogrammet har enligt Berkshire Hathaways meddelande inget slutdatum eller fastställt belopp; det anges däremot att det inte ska fortgå om det får kassan att understiga 20 miljarder dollar.
