STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Amerikanska Kinetic Concepts, tillverkare av sjukvårdsutrustning, för samtal med minst två private equity-bolag om enförsäljning av bolaget och därmed utköp från börsen.

Det rapporterar Bloomberg News som hänvisar till källor med insyn i saken.

Enligt uppgifterna kan en försäljning av Kinetic Concepts att komma uppgå till 5 miljarder dollar. Gårdagens stängningskurs för Kinetic Concept i USA värderade bolaget till 4,3 miljarder dollar.

Kinetic Concept handlas upp rejält i spåren av uppgifterna om ett uppköp och noterades vid klockan 16.45 upp med 10 procent.
