STOCKHOLM (Direkt) Kreditvärderingsinstitutet Moody’s nedgradering av Irlands
rating till skräpstatus är obegriplig. Det anser EU-kommissionen, rapporterar Bloomberg News
“Timingen är minst sagt tvivelaktig”, sade kommissionens taleskvinna Pia Ahrenkilde Hansen i Bryssel på onsdagen.
Enligt henne har den irländska regeringen visat på beslutsamhet och handlingskraft i genomförandet av sitt reformprogram. Landet gör framsteg i att öka konkurrenskraften och är på väg att nå tillväxt igen.

“Även om Irland är på rätt kurs återstår så klart fortfarande mycket hårt jobb”, sade hon.
Enligt henne håller Irlands banksektor på att återkapitaliseras medan landets finansiella system i allmänhet håller på att läka.
