Greenwich: Hedge funds up 2.97% in September

According to calculations made by index provider Greenwich, hedge funds returned a composite 2.97% in September, a significant rebound from a disastrous August. The funds in the Greenwich Global Hedge Fund Index are thus up 9.50% YTD.
